Now building — early access opening soon
We build the jig. Your busywork runs itself.
Jigworks is an AI automation studio that builds agents to handle your team's repetitive work — data entry, reporting, follow-ups, research — so your people can focus on what actually needs a human.
What Jigworks does
Custom AI agents
We design agents around your actual workflows — not generic templates — wired into the tools you already use.
Connects everywhere
Email, spreadsheets, CRMs, internal tools — your agents read and act across your whole stack.
Human checkpoints
You decide what runs autonomously and what waits for a sign-off. Full audit trail, always.
Built to scale
Start with one workflow. Add more as you trust the system — no rebuild required.
How it works
Tell us your bottleneck
A 30-minute phone call to map the workflow that's eating your team's time.
We build the agent
Jigworks designs and wires an AI agent to your tools, with your rules baked in.
You review and launch
Test it side-by-side with your current process, then flip it on.
Questions
What kind of work can Jigworks actually automate?
The best fits are tasks that follow the same steps most times, move information between systems more than they make judgement calls, and that somebody would be relieved to stop doing. Think lead triage, invoice and order entry, recurring reports, status chasing, research summaries, and data clean-up between tools.
Work that needs genuine judgement, relationship context, or accountability stays with your team — that’s the point.
Do I need engineers or technical staff?
No. We build and connect the agent for you. You need someone who knows the workflow well enough to explain it and to say whether the output looks right — that’s usually the person doing the task today, not a developer.
Which tools do you connect to?
The ones you already use. Most setups involve some mix of email, spreadsheets, a CRM, and internal or industry-specific systems. If a tool has an API or an export, we can almost always work with it.
Tell us your stack when we talk and we’ll say plainly whether it’s straightforward, awkward, or not worth it yet.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
You decide up front what runs on its own and what waits for a human to approve. Most teams start with everything held for review, then release the checkpoints one at a time as trust builds.
Every action is logged, so when something looks off you can see exactly what the agent did and why. Agents that handle money, customers, or anything hard to undo should keep a human in the loop — we’ll tell you when we think that applies.
How much does it cost?
We’re setting pricing alongside our first group of teams, so it isn’t fixed yet. It will scale with the number of workflows you automate rather than with headcount, so it doesn’t penalise you for adding people.
You’ll get a quote before any work starts, and the first call carries no obligation.
When does early access open?
We’re onboarding the first teams now, in the order people joined the waitlist — so joining early genuinely moves you up the queue. We’re keeping the first group small so each team gets proper attention.
